The topic focuses on the challenges faced by in-house counsel to get 'air-time' for legal and risk issues. 

In this Q&A session, Ben Sutton will discuss some of the challenges for his team advising on legal and risk issues, when the internal clients are rightly focused on operational matters that have very real implications for peoples' lives.

Ben will also talk about how the culture and outlook of an organisation can affect how it perceives and approaches risk and responds to emergencies, and how this affects how he and the team work with their stakeholders to effectively provide advice that is both sound and practical.
