AI has the potential to create both fantastic opportunities and tricky risks. In-house legal teams have a critical role to play in helping their organisations navigate safely through these issues. And while AI does present some novel issues, you don't need to be an AI expert to help guide your organisation's safe and responsible use of AI. There are many ways in-house legal teams can play a vital role in this - that might include early strategic input as to lower-risk areas, working to deploy legally compliant solutions, or testing AI tools yourself to establish their boundaries first-hand. At the panel, we will share some of our experiences about some of the potential risks (and rewards) of AI tools in practice.
