NO CONTRACT – NO CONSENT - Representatives from the New Zealand Police and a Local Council will discuss the ‘Sovereign citizen/pseudo law’ movement. The session will include a brief overview of the movement, its effect on government and local government, suggestions on how to manage these individuals and a Q&A session where people can share their experiences and tips.
