Perkins (he/him) is a Senior Crown Counsel in Crown Law’s Constitutional & Human Rights Team. He has wide public sector in-house experience, as Legal Adviser to New Zealand’s All-of-Government Covid-19 Response, Chief Legal Officer at the State Services Commission, and at the Victorian Department of Primary Industries and Victoria Police. He maintains a healthy interest in legal developments and ethical public administration on both sides of the Tasman.
