Emerging issues in climate change law and litigation

Climate change promises to impact almost all areas of legal practice, presenting novel and complex challenges with respect to the development, understanding, and practise of law. One of the fastest growing developments is in climate change litigation, which is creating new risks for governments and businesses around the world. This session will consider emerging trends in climate change litigation in New Zealand, including on greenwashing and corporate accountability.
