About the role

Here is a perfect first move inhouse!  As Legal Counsel in this innovative business, you will provide legal support to a variety of stakeholders across this innovative technology focused business and be part of a great supportive team who will make sure your development is in good hands.

With the legal function operating as a shared service across business units, the work is varied and challenging.  In addition to drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of contracts (from consulting and supply contracts through to licensing and IT agreements), you’ll provide support on transformational programmes and operational issues, advise on applicable laws and regulations, and provide training to the business. 

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years’ PQE in a relevant area of law (corporate, commercial, finance, property or litigation)
• Experience with commercial contracts
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills, particularly with statutory and regulatory frameworks
• Eager to learn, can-do attitude, genuine interest in technology and innovation
