Looking after mental health and wellbeing during COVID-19
COVID-19 is changing our daily lives. It's important to look after our wellbeing and the wellbeing of our whānau and community as we get through this - together.
Connecting with people who make you feel safe and loved is the most important thing you can do to look after your mental health and the mental health of people around you. “Self-isolation” or staying at home makes this difficult, but not impossible. We’re going to have to get creative.
