The Opportunity
Due to continued growth in our Security division, we’re looking for a Legal Counsel to support Gallagher Security’s global operations. Reporting to the Legal Partner – Security, you’ll deliver strategic and commercially astute legal advice across contract negotiation, legal frameworks, training, and compliance initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a global role where you’ll work cross-functionally and make a tangible impact on our commercial success.
The Fit
We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative team player with strong commercial acumen and a drive to provide impactful legal solutions. You'll bring:
• A Law degree (LLB) and current practising certificate
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial and contract law
• Experience in a high-performing legal or commercial environment
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Confidence in interpreting complex information and making clear, practical decisions
• A can-do attitude, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement
