About the roles
We seek two senior lawyers, one in Auckland and one in Wellington, to help guide and support Spark as it innovates and evolves.
Spark’s award winning 20-strong inhouse legal team are well-regarded internally and externally, and the legal function is recognised as playing a critical role in helping the company deliver and succeed.
As a Legal Business Partner, you'll report to the relevant Lead Legal Business Partner and join this energetic and collaborative team as they provide advisory and transactional support across a broad range of Spark’s customer facing business areas. With scope to develop further in your areas of interest, you will thrive in an environment where personal and professional development is well supported.

We’re looking for two experienced and energetic in-house lawyers with:
- At least 6 years’ PQE relevant experience in complex IT, commercial and corporate transactions
- High quality private practice and (ideally although not essential) inhouse experience, and a current NZ legal practising certificate.
- Commercial savvy, great team spirit and the drive to consistently deliver excellent client service
