PROJECT MANAGER : 6 MONTH CONTRACT - AUCKLAND CBD : REF # 2584523
- The firm is involved in supporting property developers in their application for funding for the installation of infrastructure to support residential property development.
- They are seeking an experienced project manager or similar to formulate business cases to support the application for funding. You'll be liaising with internal and external stakeholders, government departments, technical experts and Iwi, and presenting business cases for approval.
- Ideally previous experience undertaking research and writing business cases for application for funding within infrastructure, and experience or exposure to local government or council is an advantage.

they are seeking an experienced commercial / property solicitor (ideally 6+ YRS PQE) to assist within a busy government department, supporting the manager with a range of duties including:
- Drafting documents, correspondence, negotiating with developers, liaising with organisations for access, handling disputes, preparation of business cases and liaison with the public, etc
- Experience working within government is a definite advantage.
The role offers an excellent hourly rate, remote onboarding, and the ability to work full-time or part-time hours.
