About the role
In this role as Chapter Lead Entelar Group Procurement, you will lead a team of three procurement business partners to manage all the procurement and sourcing activities of Entelar Group Limited, a Spark subsidary. You will be part of the Entelar Group executive leadership team and report directly to the CEO. Entelar Group is a service company that delivers complex build activities in mobile, fixed and general field services engagements. In addition, the procurement function will manage IT distribution and logistics for Spark and third party customers.
In this role you will manage a dedicated procurement function to deliver all category strategies, manage general procurement engagements including product and service selection, contract negotiations, complex deals, RFX processes, delivering to cost out targets and general procurement activities while ensuring best value and outcomes are achieved. You will also be required to maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders and Entelar Group senior leadership.

What we’re looking for
- At least 10 years’ PQE relevant procurement experience and relevant tertiary qualification in law, accounting or procurement
- Good commercial acumen and extensive experience in leading procurement and commercial engagements support on commercial agreements, and ability to support the business to deliver cost effective and timely outcomes
- A strong understanding of construction, distribution and logistics procurement and ability to construct appropriate procurement deals
- Commercial savvy, great team spirit and the drive to consistently deliver excellent client service
