About the role
Reporting to the Head of Legal, as the Board Administration Executive you will provide effective administrative and support services to ensure the smooth operation of the Auckland Airport Board and sub committees, enhancing productivity and time management.
You will be responsible for administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Board. The Board Administration Executive will ensure high quality Board packs are delivered to the Board and will be responsible for all Board Administration, meeting support management and Board leadership coordination.

This is a full-time permanent position based at Auckland Airport with flexibility to WFH.
What we’re looking for
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role
- Good attention to detail and high levels of discretion and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and well-developed presentation skills
- Experience working in a listed company (NZX and ASX) highly desirable
- High level of skill in using Microsoft Office
- Experience in Document management and sound business writing skills
