Rochelle is Corporate Counsel at Transpower where she specialises in IT and Telco contracting, privacy, security and data governance. She is particularly interested in the intersection of law and technology and has helped organise the New Zealand branch of Legalhackers that looks at this space, organising workshops on legal design, blockchain, identity and Rules as Code/Better rules (algorithmic legislation).
