Registration and other Conference information is collected by OnCue Conferences & Events Limited (OnCue) on behalf of ILANZ. The personal information you provide will be used for:

• purposes related to your attendance at the Conference including registration and booking your accommodation (if you have requested OnCue to book your accommodation);
• for ILANZ related purposes including the provision of information and services to its members.

ILANZ may also use the information for its own marketing, planning and research purposes and for seeking direct feedback from members on ILANZ related issues.

If you request OnCue to organise your accommodation, your [name, contact details and organisation] will be provided to the relevant accommodation provider. If you have agreed, your name and contact details will also be disclosed to other attendees, and sponsors and exhibitors.

ILANZ will not share your details with any other third parties without your consent. All members have the right to request access to and correction of the personal information held about them.
