Linda Clark is a Partner in Dentons’ Public Law and Dispute Resolution team in Wellington. She provides practical and clear advice to clients confronting private and public law issues. As an advocate and advisor she has a particular specialisation in judicial review, public law disputes and processes, investigations and defamation. She has appeared in the Court of Appeal, High Court, District Court, Coroner’s Court and a range of tribunals, including the Human Rights Review Tribunal. She is also experienced in mediations.

Linda also serves on Dentons' Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Institute of Directors. She currently sits on the board of Television New Zealand and has previously held roles with the New Zealand Police Risk Assurance Committee, NZ on Air, and other organisations.
