With a background in Organisational Psychology, she has worked both in-house and as a consultant for numerous academic institutions, government departments, and large corporations throughout New Zealand.  With over 30 years of experience, Jane specialises in supporting people to thrive, particularly in times of uncertainty and change. She also focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities, helping leaders build high-performing teams, and fostering positive workplace cultures.
