About the role

This sole charge role reports to the Head of Finance and will be a member of the business senior leadership team.

This role will lead the inhouse legal function and property law resources, proving support to the CEO and ensuring that the legal risk for the organisation is minimised and all rights are maximised.

You will review, draft and negotiate all manner of commercial contracts have strong legal analysis skills, able to provide your stakeholders with commercially astute pragmatic legal advice. This role is busy, and no two days will be the same!

What we’re looking for

· A commercially savvy senior lawyer with upwards of 8 years’ experience, with a strong core of commercial property and commercial contracts experience

· Experience in FMCA and AML compliance

· Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder and project management skills

· Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to address both expert and non-expert audiences

· A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships of trust and confidence at all levels of the business.
