What we’re looking for
- 3- 10 years’ PQE relevant experience in commercial and corporate transactions
- Experience in banking and finance and energy, favoured with property, consumer law, digital and technology, procurement and resource management beneficial
- High quality private practice and (ideally although not essential) inhouse experience, and a current NZ legal practising certificate.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships of trust and confidence at all levels of the business.
