Legal & Property Manager - Rotorua

There's an exciting opportunity in our Legal & Property Team for a self-motivated Legal & Property Manager who will be providing effective and efficient co-ordination of legal and property management resources, services and processes for Council including management of Council's fleet and Civic Centre facility.
You'll be working in a collaborative team environment, delegating workload and responsibilities to ensure that organisational goals and measures are aligned to strategic plans and Council priorities.
You'll work across the organisation so you'll need excellent people and relationship skills and business acumen to deal directly with business sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.
Other qualities we're looking for include a strong background in property, law and legal processes, the ability to appropriately handle confidential documents and information, great communication including exceptional oral and written skills, planning and organisational skills, experience with Microsoft Office, the ability to prioritise and delegate responsibilities and be a team player.
