The CPD Rules require all New Zealand lawyers to complete their own CPD Plan and Record (CPDPR). Lawyers providing regulated services are to complete 10 hours of related CPD activities each year.
The CPD year began on 1 April 2015 and will end on 31 March 2016 at which time you are required to declare the CPD hours you have completed for that year.
A guide to the CPD Rules and requirements, as well as a range of other resources, can be found on the NZLS website www.lawsociety.org.nz
You will have also received this reminder via email. If not please contact the NZLS Registry team to ensure your details are up to date. You can make an online declaration here.
If you have any queries about making your CPD declaration, please email Ken Trass at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0800 22 30 30 during normal office hours.
